RUPTECH THERMOPACK PVT. LTD. (RTPL) was established in the year 2013 in India (Pune – Maharashtra), and is equipped with a state-of-the-art integrated manufacturing facility (Heavy Fabrication & Machining) spread across 40,000sq.mtrs. We provide turnkey design, engineering, and manufacturing solutions for the heavy Engineering Process Plants, Base Frames for Heavy Machinery manufacturers and Bulk Material Handling System.
The Company puts a premium on serving customers better, by operating through dedicated team of engineers. Our customers belong to distinct fields like Machine Tools, Air Engineering, Textile Machinery, Industrial Machinery manufacturers, Road construction equipment manufacturers, Automobile, Aviation, Environmental Engineering, Wind Energy, locomotive. Foundries and many more.
We have one of the biggest Vertical Machining Facility in Pune. Our unit is ISO 9001:2015 certified for manufacturing process; In addition, we have implemented Lean Manufacturing system which enhances the internal work atmosphere and work culture. We have Ultra-modern manufacturing facilities comprising of CNC Plasma & Gas cutting, CNC Press Brake Bending, Pressing, Punching, Boring and Welding and Surface treatment facilities all under one-roof for easy co-ordination amongst various process stations.
We also have in-house shot blasting, nickel plating, and Painting facilities all under single roof. The availability of facilities for Welding, Powder – Coating, Painting, Plating and Assembly under one roof enables us to deliver finished products at short notice and minimum delivery period.
The availability of all these facilities under one roof with skilled work force of professionals makes us the first choice of our customers. We have good IT infrastructure and using of best software tools giving us the Edge-vantage.
